Michael L. Holland is a native of San Antonio, Texas. He received his B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1983 and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1988. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1988 and is admitted to practice before and has represented employers before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Holland is an owner of the law firm of Holland & Holland, LLC. He is also Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. Mr. Holland has also repeatedly been named as a "Super Lawyer" by the publication Texas Monthly; and has been repeatedly named as one of San Antonio's best lawyers by Scene In SA - a publication of the San Antonio Express News.

Inez M. McBride is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983 and her J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1991. She was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1991 and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. Von A. Jones received his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Tarleton State University in 1990 and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1992. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1993 and is admitted to practice before the United State Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

While at Tarleton State University, Mr. Jones was an Academic All-American in Track and Cross Country. He was President of his first year class at Baylor School of Law. He was Vice-President of the Coastal Bend Bar Association 1996 - 1997 and President of the Coastal Bend Bar Association 1997 - 1998. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the City of Alice, Texas Chamber of Commerce. Previously a partner in Oden & Jones, L.L.P., he is practicing in an Of Counsel status with the law firm of Holland & Holland, L.L.C. and is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Commercial and Consumer Law.
